Service

BloxPilot is a browser extension that adds server discovery and social intelligence to supported Roblox pages. Server locations, latency estimates, scores, availability, player counts, and social signals are informational estimates and are not guarantees of performance, access, or continued availability.

Subscriptions

Optional BloxPilot Pro subscriptions are billed through Stripe. The price and billing interval are shown before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Customers can manage billing details, payment methods, invoices, and cancellation through the Stripe Customer Portal opened from BloxPilot.

Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. A failed payment may receive the grace period described in the current payment policy before Pro access is disabled. Pro access depends on Stripe subscription state and successful communication with the BloxPilot subscription service.

Refunds

Refund requests are handled manually at launch. Contact support with the billing email, charge date, and reason for the request. Approval may depend on the circumstances of the purchase, prior use, payment disputes, and applicable law.

Availability and changes

Roblox and other third-party services can change without notice. BloxPilot may update, suspend, or remove a feature when required for security, reliability, legal compliance, third-party compatibility, or store-policy compliance. Paid-plan changes will be communicated as required before they affect an existing subscription.

Acceptable use

Users may not use the extension or service to abuse Roblox systems, interfere with other users, bypass access controls, or violate applicable platform rules.

Third-party services and independence

BloxPilot depends on services operated by Roblox, Stripe, Cloudflare, Rolimons, and optionally Brave Search. These services' own terms and privacy practices may apply. BloxPilot is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially partnered with Roblox Corporation, RoPro, RoGold, Microsoft, Google, or another third party.
