Common billing actions

Active subscribers can open BloxPilot settings and select Manage subscription to update payment methods, view invoices and billing details, or cancel through Stripe. Cancellation normally preserves Pro access through the end of the paid billing period.

Refund requests

Refunds are reviewed and processed manually at launch. Include the billing email, charge date, and reason for the request. Do not send a complete card number, security code, password, or Roblox authentication cookie.

Authorized-browser recovery

An active subscriber can view authorized browsers, remove an old browser, and generate a temporary code to link another browser. If no authorized browser remains available, contact support using the subscription billing email.

Privacy requests

Use the subject line BloxPilot privacy request to request access to or deletion of subscription records. BloxPilot may ask for limited information needed to verify that the requester controls the relevant billing email.

Before contacting support

Please include your browser, BloxPilot version, Roblox game URL when relevant, what you expected, what happened, and the approximate time of the problem. Screenshots are useful, but remove unrelated personal information first.
